General terms and conditions of business

1.Performance:
All care treatments offered in the dog salon "naturally furred" are carried out in accordance with these general terms and conditions and according to professional quality principles.
All measures focus on keeping the animal healthy and observing animal welfare. In general and as a matter of principle, I reserve the right to accept or reject orders. Their execution is at my due discretion.
I only work by appointment.
If you as a customer are prevented, you undertake to cancel the appointment in good time (at least 48 hours in advance) so that this appointment can be reassigned. If an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the start, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment time. For appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours in advance or that are not attended without cancellation, I charge 100% of the booked treatment time.
Cancellations must only be made in person or by telephone. A cancellation via SMS or other message services cannot be received and will not be processed.
Delays of more than 10 minutes cannot be taken into account. If you are late, please call in good time and ask whether treatment is still possible. Otherwise a new appointment must be made. We charge 100% for delays within the treatment time.

2.Prices/Payment:
I work for a fixed fee per hour. You can find my current hourly rate on the external notices in my salon and on the homepage. I calculate the time I work on your dog for every quarter of an hour started. I will calculate any delays on the part of the client as treatment times.
Depending on the condition of the fur and/or the behavior of the animal, the working hours and the price may vary. The times given for the care packages are based on experience and are for your guidance only.
The payment of the treatment price, which results from my hourly rate, these terms and conditions and the order, is due immediately upon collection of the animal in cash or by EC payment. I do not offer care treatment on account. You can find more payment options here:

I reserve the right to charge an additional material fee of €10 for dogs that are not washed in the salon, in addition to the regular treatment price.
If dogs repeatedly mark or loosen themselves in the salon, I reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €10.

3.Liability:
The pet owner assures that there have been no incidents with the animal(s) to be cared for that required reporting to a regulatory authority.
For all dogs there is a valid liability insurance by the owner/keeper.
If the animal falls ill or is injured during the care period, I reserve the right to consult a veterinarian or an animal clinic. The resulting costs are to be borne exclusively by the pet owner.
The "Naturally Felled" dog grooming salon cannot be held liable for damage or illnesses suffered by the animal during the absence of its owner or during the care period. The liability of dog salon "natural fur" is expressly limited to intent and gross negligence. Should culpably caused damage occur during the provision of the service, the dog salon "of course skinned" is liable within the framework of an existing company liability insurance. These must be reported immediately after becoming aware of them.
Dog salon "naturally furred" is not liable if damage occurs as a result of force majeure, if the animal escapes despite precautionary measures and this causes damage to the contractor or third parties, if damage occurs through care products despite proven compatibility, or if excessive matting or excessive restlessness of the dog the animal is injured in my work despite the precautionary measures in this regard. In the case of severe tangles, removing the felt can cause skin irritation and reddening. The dog salon "naturally furred" cannot be held liable for this, but the owner is solely responsible.
The animal should be examined immediately after treatment for any treatment deficiencies, which can be corrected promptly. Later complaints cannot be accepted. If there is a defect for which the contractor is responsible and which cannot be corrected immediately, I am entitled to at least two subsequent improvements in the "naturally furred" dog salon before replacement or additional costs etc. can be claimed by the dog owner.

4. General:
For insurance reasons, dog owners are not permitted to enter the work area while the dogs are being treated.
Exceptions can be made for important reasons and after consultation with me.
For reasons of hygiene and to ensure a high-quality result, I generally recommend caring for shearing and cutting breeds with a wash/blow-dry setting. Exceptions (age, illnesses, etc.) please discuss with me before the treatment.
As a "naturally furred" dog salon, I keep a collection of photos from some dog customers, which are put on the internet and on my own homepage. If the animal owner does not agree to this, he will inform me before the start of the treatment that he does not agree to the publication.
After treatment, the animal must be picked up by the client personally, by a person personally known to the contractor or by a third party with written authorization.
The data stored about the animal or its owner will be treated confidentially in accordance with data protection regulations.


5. Coupons & promotional vouchers


  • the discount code is valid for any form of appointment booking
  • Discount codes are only valid for the use of services and not for the purchase of goods or vouchers, unless explicitly stated
  • the discount code or promotional voucher can only be redeemed once per customer
  • no cash payment is possible
  • Promotional vouchers and discount codes cannot be combined with other vouchers or other discounts. Likewise, a discount is only applicable to the provision of a service or a purchased item.
  • a discount will be deducted from the actual final price in the salon
  • The discount code from the Schleiboten and the Schleswiger Nachrichten (advent edition) is only valid from December 1st, 2022 to January 31st, 2023 and must be handed in when the appointment is made.
